Live Music - DMM Duo

Having spent most of life exercising and refining his talents as a vocalist / drummer / guitarist, after moving to Central Oregon from Hometown Snoqualmie, WA in the Summer of 2005, Derek became a full-time working Musician and owner of DMM Music LLC.; Performing 1,000's of shows through-out the Northwest Territory. In addition - an International Tour of Eastern Canada (Montreal, Quebec City, New Brunswick), Mexico & Honduras.

Some top highlights in his career thus far include: opening for world-renowned acts Night Ranger and Quarterflash. Billing with acts Billy Idol and The Scorpions, and playing Rick Derringer's after show party. In 2018, Derek's Eric Clapton Tribute band headlined and captivated a sold-out audience at the Tower Theater (Bend, OR). That same year, he toured as a member (lead vocals and guitar) of The Long Run - A Journey Through The Music Of The Eagles (Ft. Lauderdale, FL.) as the headlining band aboard the "Allure of The Seas" Royal Caribbean cruise ship. Derek has also received a standing ovation from the sold-out audience for his vocal performance of "Desperado" and "Wasted Time" at The Capitole de Quebec Theatre (Quebec City). He has been a featured artist on the TV show "My Window - Good Morning Central Oregon" and has also appeared and / or performed on radio stations: 98.3 (The Twins), 105.7 (KQAK), 88.9 (KPOV).

Derek regularly performs a blend of tasty Rock / Blues / Soul songs spanning 5+ decades of hits, and is also the founding member of After Midnight - The Premier Tribute to Eric Clapton -- portraying the role of "Slowhand" (Clapton). Whether performing solo / duo / trio acoustic, or as a full electric band, you can be guaranteed a high-energy-soul-involved performance from this seasoned Musician.
